		<description>The bottom line is no one is going to hire you just because you are really keen or really friendly (unless friendliness can be easily converted into revenue). Just put yourself in the shoes of the employer. The questions they are asking themselves are 1) Can this person generate revenue directly or indirectly? and 2) Can I (and/or my staff) work with this person? Of course revenue can be substituted for by research (&quot;papers are currency) in question 1.</description>
